Observation

Providers A.M., V.L., E.K. and H.S. are working today at this site and none of them are listed on this site's facility page in MERIT. MERIT show that providers E.K. does not have BBP training, a HS diploma or a food handler's permit. It show that H.S. does not have a food handler's permit, or a high school diploma. Director Pitzer was able to produce verification of the food handler's permit for E.K. when she arrived. The providers did not know where staff files were on site and there were no staff files on the shelf labeled "staff files". Director Michelle Pitzer did bring the files at the end of my inspection so I did not have an opportunity to review them thoroughly.
